Order Information - Collection and Use
We request information from the user on our order form hosted by Netsuite. While placing an order, a user provides contact information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Use of Information
By making a purchase with Corporate Toners, you agree that this act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of telemarketing laws, and notwithstanding that your telephone and/or cell number may be listed with the federal Do-Not-Call Registry you expressly opt-in to: (a) receive offers or services from Corporate Toners , you authorize us to share information with other 3rd party marketing companies to contact you via email.; (c) permit us, and our Clients to contact you pursuant to the business relationship we have established using the information you provided to us for the purpose of providing you the service you requested. We may contact you by e-mail address, phone and/or cell number (including use of automated dialing equipment), text (SMS) message or any means of communication for any purpose that, among other things, your wireless device may be capable of receiving (e.g. mms, video etc. ).

The Company may use the User Information for any legally permissible purpose in Company's sole discretion. We reserve the right to post customer comments on our site but we will not publish a name without permission.

Third Parties
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Refer-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the site. We store this information but the emails are for the sole purpose of sending an email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
