Corporate Toners only sells the highest quality inkjet cartridges, refill kits, remanufactured cartridges, and toner cartridges. We offer 100% money back guarantee to our customers. We have tested all of our products to make sure we only offer those that will produce the highest yield and the sharpest print. If you are not satisfied with our ink cartridges, inkjet refill kits, just return to us. No matter whatever is the reason that you are not pleased, we will give you money back.

Obtaining an RMA Number
We will accept the products returned for an exchange or a full refund in case you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. All returns require RMA number before you may send the merchandise back. You may call our support representative to obtain an RMA # at our toll free number at 888-866-3722 or via email at support@CorporateToners.com. Please have your original order details ready so that you can give them to us when requesting an RMA #.

Return Instructions
- Send the returns back to us via US Postal Service in the prepaid white pouch (with blue writing) that you received from us.
- If the products don't fit in the pouch, you may pack them in a box and tape the white pouch on the box.
- Please write the RMA# on the outside of the pouch or on the box you are sending to us.
- You may include a copy of sales order receipt or packing slip with the return.
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the returns.

Return Policy
When returning a non-defective or a defective item, please write Corporate Toners Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package. All cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the cartridge as new capacity. We will not accept depleted items or items purchased from retailers other than Corporate Toners. Returns for unneeded or wrongly ordered products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if refund is requested. All non-defective products must be in original condition with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories enclosed. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your repair, replacement or refund to be processed. All credits will be made within 7 working days to the credit card holder.
