Customers can choose any one of these modes of shipping:

Ground / Priority Service
For shipments through ground and priority services UPS or Fed Ex or USPS Priority may be used as a Standard Shipping method depending on your location and order size. Priority Upgrade option during checkout guarantees that your order will be shipped via USPS Priority given that USPS delivers Priority packages in your area. Priority Upgrade is not available for all items.
Inkjet Cartridges and Inkjet papers are shipped through USPS. Cost of Shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska vary depending on amount and weight of items, charges will be based upon USPS freight cost. The delivery time of your order dispatched from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to your destination would take about 2to 5 business days as shown in the different colors in the map.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery within two business days to every address coast to coast and in Puerto Rico. This mode is ideal for shipments which do not require overnight services. A guaranteed delivery is assured on the second-day. UPS 2nd Day Air offers substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service. Thereby, we offer the customers the discounted prices that the carriers offer rather applying a flat fee. 2nd day air fees are based on the weight of the package and the shipping address.
USPS First Class Service
All orders placed using USPS First Class service will be shipped within 3-10 business days of the date the order was placed.
The United States Postal Service's First Class Mail Service does not offer a guaranteed time of arrival, although specifies that all domestic mail sent via their First Class service should arrive within ten days of when the item is shipped out. Time taken for the delivery solely depends on the distance covered from shipping address and our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. You may check the tracking on your package at www.USPS.com.
Shipments to Canada or Mexico
Order sent via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico usually takes 7-15 business days for delivery based on the distance and time the package is being inspected at customs. USPS does not provide tracking information for packages sent out via USPS Priority Mail to Canada or Mexico. Shipping charges are US$10.00 per shipment up to orders of US$100, Orders over US$100, shipping is FREE.
Shipments all other international destinations
USPS Global Priority Mail Service - US$45 per shipment up to orders of US$500
USPS Global Priority Mail Service - Orders of US$500 or more, shipping is calculated based on destination and weight of the package.
On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 2:00 PM EST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
The packages shipped are insured and is track able using our integrated online tracking system on our website.
Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order you as fast as it can.
International mail generally arrives within ten days of item shipping. Due to customs inspections and localized mail service of a specific country, an order can take as long as thirty days after shipment to arrive.
